1. Pond Rehabilitation
- Oxidation Pond 1 (35m x 15m): Dewater, desludge, rehabilitate, and stabilise banks. Extend pond wall near septic tank for minimum 3m clearance. Reuse suitable evaporation pond material for wall construction if applicable.
- Oxidation Pond 2 (72m x 25m): Dewater, desludge, rehabilitate, and stabilise banks.
- Evaporation Pond: Clean-out, reshape pond and embankments, and level floor.
2. Septic Tank Replacement
Decommissioning
- Pump out, remove, and dispose of existing septic tank contents, tank, and associated infrastructure (approx. 4m diameter x 3.3m deep).
- Dispose of waste at approved facilities.
New Tank Installation
- Supply and install new septic tank(s) with minimum 42kL capacity in accordance with AS/NZS 1546 and authority requirements.
- Backfill and compact excavations.
Ancillary Works
- Connect and test new inlet/outlet pipework for watertightness.
- Supply and install 150mm inlet/outlet pipework and approx. 6m of 150mm rising main and valves.
- Provide compliant ventilation and access openings.
- Reinstate site to pre-works condition.
Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct watertightness and functional testing.
