Trazlbat constructed a pipeline corridor approximately 2,715
metres in length, extending from Bore No. 6 on Studdy Lane to the
new Water Treatment Plant on Kelvin Road. The pipeline forms part
of the existing trunk main network that connects five (5) water
supply bores servicing the Gunnedah region.
The pipeline diameter varies between DN 355 mm and DN 500 mm,
designed to meet operational and capacity requirements of the
upgraded water supply system.
The project included the installation of the following infrastructure:
• Polyethylene (PE) pipework
• Stop valves
• Scour valves
• Air valves
• Bends and tees
• Scour valve pits and associated discharge pipework
